Arran House has seen many improvements over the years, the current owner has wonderfully enhanced the property whilst retaining many of the original features.

Situated on the main high street within Boughton, the property benefits from off road parking for several vehicles, whilst the pretty garden enjoys a sunny southerly facing aspect.

The door opens into an entrance hall with attractive staircase running to the first floor whilst at the rear of the hallway one will find a wash closet and utility area, also used for housing coats and shoes.

The kitchen sits to the front of the property and has an array of wall and floor units surrounding the central island.

There is an open plan family room on this floor currently divided to offer a dining area alongside a sitting room.

Stairs lead to the lower ground floor which has been cleverly designed to offer a self-contained annexe with its own entrance ideal for a teenager, elderly relative or holiday let providing additional income.
The space is configured to offer a double bedroom, shower room, living area and well-appointed kitchen.

To the first floor one will find three generously proportioned bedrooms and a recently installed bathroom with luxury roll top bath and separate shower. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and wonderful views.
