On entering the home you will see that it is presented in a neutral theme making it feel lovely and bright. The layout works with its good sized kitchen and breakfast area and you also have the formal dining area which is great if you enjoy entertaining. The lounge is a great space with views across the garden with the wood burning stove taking centre stage making the room feel wonderfully cosy. The Master bedroom is fabulous with a dressing area, en-suite shower room with double shower and the most beautiful views across the woodland. One of options of this house is that you could extend to create a much larger home, you have plenty of space available for you to be able to do this subject to all the planning permissions being granted. What the Owner says:
We bought this house with the intention of extending and improving and then moving along. We were only going to stay here for a few years but the time has run away with us!
As a family home it has been wonderful. The children, and now grandchildren, have had the freedom to explore the woodlands making camps and playing for hours on end. We have also had many a barbecue and family gathering.
One of the things we will miss the most is how quiet and secluded you are but unfortunately the size of the gardens is too much for us now.
