The Vendor's View

Our road is very quiet; we are a ten-minute walk from Broadstairs town centre it is convenient for all the local shops, the railway station and schools. One of the things we love about Broadstairs is that you don t have to think about driving as everything you need is within walking distance. There is plenty going on, you never run out of things to do throughout the year. Dating back to 1675, Little Upton has a real character with plenty of history. We are only the third family to own this house and have documentation showing all of the previous owners. Most rooms have oak beams, there are inglenook fireplaces, including a rare double in the dining room and we even have a hidden back staircase every room is beautiful. The home is very spacious; we have brought up three children here and have had events from big celebrations, coffee mornings and dinner parties we have always had more than enough room. Our kitchen is an open space with a welcoming and social feel, it is an area that people enjoy being together in. The annex has two double en suite rooms, which are ideal for children having their own space while remaining within the family home.We are going to miss everything about living here. The community atmosphere, the living space and history of the house. It has been one house for all of us and the memories we have here are very special. It is a home that is ideal for all ages and style of families.
