We are perfectly situated for walking into town for using the various places for shopping or something to eat and drink. We pick up all the essentials we need nearby and love to support local businesses. All the transport links are easy to access whether travelling nearby or further afield. The fact that our home is very quirky is something we love about it there is not another one like it. We have had all the room needed to raise our family. Everyone has their independent space and with the hub of the house, the kitchen, living and dining area we have a lovely family feel, with space to be together.Living somewhere where you can enjoy the local area makes this a lovely place to be. Our home has a different view from each of the four storeys we have good urban living with the countryside and seaside on our doorstep, which is ideal for us as we love kitesurfing. Our garden has two areas filled with sunshine, which allow us to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a gin-and-tonic in the evening. We are going to miss that this has been the perfect family home for us with our children, where we have made some lovely memories.
