As far as I m concerned, Vale Square is the best place to live in Ramsgate. It is so quiet, like a little oasis. There is an extra dimension for children with the location of my home, as I am near the seaside but being on a private square makes for a very safe atmosphere. Everyone here is so friendly and there is a great social feeling without people being invasive. I have everything I need close by and getting in and out of the area is so simple given the transport links. The local schools are excellent. My favourite thing about my home is that there is more space than is necessary. Along with the storage you would expect to find there is a semi-basement area, as well as a garage and two parking spaces it is a very generous house. There is plenty of room for entertaining family and friends people always say it is a very comfortable house when they come here. Ramsgate has a lot of good places to go out for something to eat and drink throughout the seasons. There is a big music theme in the town too, so there is plenty for all age groups you never run out of things to do. The tranquillity of the square is something I am going to miss. In the winter months, when the weather is cold and rainy you get a sheltered feeling when you get back to the square, especially after walking the dog! It is a home I am very proud of.
