The Vendor's View

We were first attracted to the beautiful garden and the Victorian frontage. The house had so much potential and this was exactly what we were looking for at the time.Our favourite part of the house is probably the outside back porch area. We have enjoyed many sunny days and evenings on this back porch overlooking the garden; it s particularly lovely to have breakfast on a summer s day, sitting by the pool.Deal is a lovely small coastal town with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The town has a lovely vibe to it, with enjoyable walks along the sea front, past the castles and the pier. The location is also easily accessible with good road links and the high-speed rail service means that you can travel into London in around 90 minutes excellent for commuters. We will miss the wonderful garden most of all, which we have worked very hard on. It s very peaceful with a lovely outlook, and although you re completely private and not overlooked, it feels a little like sitting in a beautiful park.
