This house has been our home for the last 20 years, moving in from when it was a new build in 1997. The spacious and light rooms, large garden and the close proximity to local schools were what first attracted us to this house when we moved down from London. Then we found that the easy access to Canterbury for the restaurants and shops and in addition the excellent transport links to London, the coast and country were all added bonuses. Our children have flown the nest and we are moving to be closer to our grandchildren. This has been the perfect family home, in a wonderfully convenient location.
