The Vendor's View

Having previously lived down the road, we knew the area well, and we knew of the property before we came to look at it. We particularly liked the fact that the property had sea views beyond the green and the cliff-tops. This house has many pluses at the rear of the property, where you will find a large games room with sliding bi-fold doors leading out onto the sun-facing patio and big, tiered garden with summer house. There is a sizable panoramic conservatory with updated Sun Cool glazing to all windows and roofing, providing a comfortable extra all year-round room. This is a large and spacious house, providing plenty of room for family members and visitors alike. Perhaps our favourite place to relax is the Games room, which is a fantastic chill out area, made complete with a jukebox etc.!We are fortunate to have good neighbours, and we have found the location to be very convenient. The local schools are easily accessible, and there is a small local shop around the corner, with the centre of the town being a pleasant 20-25 minute walk from the house. The train station with its high-speed links to London St. Pancras is around 2 miles away. We have really enjoyed having access to the Harbour and the Warren for walks etc. The sea shore is just a 5 minute walk from the property. The location is fantastic, overlooking the sea, and yet only 5 minutes to the motorway, 35 minutes to France and 55 minutes to London. We know that we will miss the wonderful, ever-changing, views across to France and The White Cliffs.
