This is a unique property could suit a variety of uses either as a buy to let, a family home with an additional flat to generate an income via Airbnb or even for two generation of family. It is located in an area where you can truly enjoy the best of which Margate has to offer, with no need for the car. You can walk to the regenerated Old Town, the popular Turner Gallery, award winning sandy beach and the train station. The main body of the house has a large open plan living room where you have enough space for a dining table and your three piece suit where you can put your feet up after a long day. There is also a bedroom which should you not see the need for, could have it as a home office or study. The bathroom is also on the ground floor as well as the Kitchen, and upstairs you have two double bedrooms. This property currently has a tenant in situ which would give you a ready made investment, and they use the front to park their car.The self contained flat is immaculately presented and again would make a worthy investment, with the accommodation being of a modest size, ideal for a working professional. At the rear you could use the additional land for off street parking or as a garden, however you see fit.

We bought this home about 16 years ago with the purpose of us living in part of the house and our daughter living in the other part. It has worked out perfectly for us. When we bought it, it needed a fair amount of work and we refurbished the main body of the house a number of years ago and more recently the self contained flat. The location is great because you can walk to the Old Town, beach and train station, but you also have the shops and bus routes in Cliftonville just up the road. Although it is so close to everything, it’s quiet and peaceful because you are on a side street which is really only used by the people that live here.
